Conditions of sale

Preamble. Emporio Ricambi Rossi Spa sells spare parts for industrial vehicles, hydraulics and pneumatics, and products related to the above. The Emporio Ricambi Rossi Spa commercial relations with the customer are regulated by the following commercial conditions of sale.

Price. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

Transport. Except as may be agreed between the parties, the transport is at the expense and risk of the customer.

Payment. The payments must be made to Emporio Ricambi Rossi Spa at the established due date (and highlighted in the invoice) and for the agreed amount. Failure to pay within the agreed time shall give Emporio Ricambi Rossi Spa the right to ask the Customer for the payment of the interests due at the rate established by Legislative Decree no. 231/02.

Returns and complaints. Any difference between the products delivered to the Customer and the type and quantity indicated in the order shall be communicated to Emporio Ricambi Rossi Spa within 8 days from the receipt of the goods. The return must be previously authorized by Emporio Ricambi Rossi Spa. The Client must fill in the return form attached and the return must be accompanied by the relative transport document. The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and with adequate external packaging.

Warranty. The purchase of products from Emporio Ricambi Rossi Spa implies the full acceptance of the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer, which may be independent from the will of the same. Therefore, the customer is aware that the purchased goods will be guaranteed by the producer and under the conditions provided by the same.

Competent court. For any eventual controversy, the Court of Udine shall have jurisdiction.
